We incorporate a Surf, Yoga and healthy eating program specifically designed to energize and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Our expert team will set you on a path towards health energy and vitality. A path you can easily follow into your everyday life. The operation runs from our house located in the natural reserve hills of Malveira da Serra. It aims to provide an ideal spatial setting where you can be at peace, meditate and reconnect with your inner self. Our staff is at your entire disposal.
